Trish is a future-focused coach who has over thirty years in dentistry, having held clinical, administrative and managerial positions within the dental office which gives her a unique perspective when training and guiding doctors and teams. She has been a dental practice management consultant for three national consulting companies before coming to Endo Mastery. Trish has had the privilege of personally coaching dozens of dental business owners and their teams in systems, processes and methods to help them improve the performance levels of their practices, offering essential, easy-to-use tools which can be implemented immediately. Having consulted with solo and group practices, she has a keen understanding of the operational issues that practices deal with on a day to day basis. She is known for bringing exceptional compassion and understanding into the process of change which help eliminate the emotional barriers that can impede the desired results.
