Debra has extensive experience in dentistry and currently holds the position as “Director of Coaching” for EndoMastery. Her initial career began as a Registered Dental Assistant leading to managing dental practices in California and Washington. She has been a consultant for three major practice management companies working with endodontists, periodontists, prosthodontists and general dentists. She has held the position of senior trainer specializing in practice analysis. She has a passion for technology and keeping abreast of the latest ways to be efficient and productive. She resides in Blaine Washington with her husband on a historical dairy farm. Her hobbies include zumba, biking, archery, golf, gardening, gourmet supper club and hiking beautiful trails of the North West. It’s the simple pleasures in life that are most important to Debra.
